1. General Provisions

1.1. The Luckybus platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is an online service for searching and booking bus tickets.

1.2. The Service acts as an intermediary (agent) between the Passenger and independent Carriers. Luckybus is not a transport company and does not own its own fleet of vehicles.

1.3. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your legal capacity and the accuracy of the data provided.

2. Booking and User Obligations

2.1. When booking, the User agrees to provide accurate data (Full Name, phone number, email).

2.2. The User is solely responsible for having valid travel documents (passports, visas, insurance) required for border crossing and travel.

2.3. The Passenger is obliged to arrive at the boarding point no later than 20 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Service is responsible for providing up-to-date schedule information and the timely transfer of booking data to the Carrier.

3.2. The Carrier bears full responsibility for the execution of the trip, the technical condition of the vehicle, and the safety of passengers during the journey.

3.3. The Service is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (border queues, weather conditions, road service actions).
