Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make the cancellation process as transparent as possible.
1. Cancellation Procedure
1.1. Cancellation of a booking or a refund request is carried out exclusively through our Customer Support Team (via messengers or by the phone number listed on the website).
1.2. We will promptly help you process a refund or, subject to availability, reschedule your trip to another convenient date.
2. Financial Terms of Refund
The refund amount depends on the time of notification prior to the scheduled departure:
- More than 24 hours before departure: We guarantee a full refund (100% of the cost) of your ticket. We appreciate you letting us know in advance!
- Less than 24 hours before departure: Unfortunately, at such short notice, we can no longer guarantee the sale of your seat to another passenger. Therefore, for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, the funds are non-refundable.
- Cancellation due to Service or Carrier fault: In the event of a trip cancellation on our part, the client receives a 100% refund regardless of the time of cancellation.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Refunds are issued to the same bank card used for the original payment.
3.2. The standard processing time for funds to be credited to the User's account is 3 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's regulations).
4. Special Cases
4.1. In case of a passenger's late arrival or lack of necessary travel documents, the ticket is considered used and its cost is non-refundable.
